Bank of Zachary Announces New Branch Leadership

Zachary, LA – October 7, 2019 – The Bank of Zachary is pleased to announce Andrea White has been named as the Branch Manager of the new Watson Branch, set to open in the first quarter of 2020. She most recently served as the Branch Manager of the Central location of the Bank of Zachary on Hooper Road. Andrea has been with the bank since 2011, when she started as Assistant Branch Manager, and was promoted to Branch Manager in 2013.


Bank of Zachary President and CEO Mark Marionneaux shared, “When making the decision to expand our footprint, one of our primary mandates has been that it is not worth doing if we can’t maintain our culture and do it the Bank of Zachary Way. Andrea embodies the spirit and love of the Bank of Zachary culture and we are excited that she will lead the efforts of this new venture.”


Wendy Folmar, a Universal Banker at the Central Branch, will be promoted to Branch Manager at the Central Branch, filling the position vacated by Andrea White. When making the announcement, Mr. Marionneaux stated, “Wendy brings a wealth of experience to her new position, having been in the banking industry for over 18 years.  We are very proud of Wendy and excited for the wonderful opportunities that await the Central Branch under her leadership.” Wendy joined the Bank of Zachary in 2015 after leaving a regional bank. She and her family live in the Central community.
